A visit from Nina and Debutante

Hi Folks,

Sorry it has been so long since my last post. I have to depend on Nina to get my posts out and she has just not had the time to get by and visit with me. But she came in Friday afternoon and brought Debutante. It was good to see them. We had a short visit 'cause Casie told her that I've been getting just a little too excited. So we had a "supervised" visit. Hee! Hee! Dr. Pearce told her that my leg was slowly healing and I had a good blood supply to the area. I'm still getting dressing changes and soaks every other day. They were doing it every day for awhile 'cause of the 'ole infection. Of course, I have to take antibiotics but so far so good with my intestinal tract. I like to chew on the bandage so I have to wear a muzzle. Now I'm in a rainbow of colors! Pretty cute, huh? Casie told her that I am eating just fine. No problem there. Well, that's all my news for now. Just trying to get better every day.

Another week...another visit

Hi Folks, Nina stopped by yesterday afternoon for another visit. She even took me outside to go potty. Then she got on the floor to talk with me and give me lots of petting. As you can see, I'm in blue once again! I have finally figured out that one of the staff really likes blue, so when she does my dressing change and soak I end up in a blue bandage. My leg is in a half splint and one of the screws keeps moving, so Dr. Pearce has to kinda of tap it back in place. It's hard to explain, but everyone knows that he's the best. I get lots of attention, and I'm always happy, ready to meet and greet everyone. I tried to roach really good, but just couldn't quite make it. Here are some photos of me again. I don't want anyone in Nashville to forget me. I'll be there soon.
