Well, my "limo" arrived right on time with Mrs. Nina at the wheel. We had an uneventful return to Memphis, just lots of rain from Jackson back to her house. Evan, Debutante, and Barney were waiting at the door to greet me as was Mr. Bob. Everything seemed familiar. I'll be going to see Dr. Pearce in the morning. I heard Mrs. Nina tell my foster Mom, Anne Marie, that I was the greyhound version of the "terrible twos". I suppose all of you know what that means! Hey, a girl has gotta have fun...... Seriously, please be praying for me tomorrow 'cause I'm pretty sure Dr. Pearce is going to have to do another surgery.

ReplyDeleteI'm the proud mom of a sweet fawn girl who also fractured a leg racing in Birmingham. Hopefully you will heal just as well as she did. Her name is Zoomer. Maybe you remember her from the track. Zoomer and I will be hoping all goes well!
